Sorry it’s been over a month and I haven’t been able to check in on how it is with the blog. As you know, life has been TOTALLY CRAZY with me and my procrastinating habits. I might have mentioned on my Facebook page that I am preparing for a forthcoming trip to my other country of origin (well, at least my dad’s and now my sister’s), Thailand. It’s just a short vacay for a couple of weeks to see the family along with some sightseeing. Will be cooking for my sister some home-cooked good ‘ol pinoy style cooking as well.
Anyway, nothing much has happened for the past month I have been out. Been to Arano’s and shared that experience with Eatcebu.com‘s very own SoulCaptive. Like my rules, I do not give a restaurant review on my first visit unless I am truly impressed with their food. I am giving Arano’s a second try, something I want to take time to eat and order food expansively. Although, the food was already good for my liking, I wanted more. Also, tried Tablea Chocolate Cafe, but will be returning for another visit since I didn’t get to take any picture at all as my friends and I were quite busy.
So, back to my hiatus, yes? I will be out of the country in two weeks time and I am cramming everything I could and saving as well. New food finds were almost impossible, plus I barely am in the right mind to think of a blog entry that’s fit for my beloved food blog. There are just too many things in mind and thanks to less sleep, I am a walking time bomb of my own destruction.
I can’t promise you anything from the trip to Thailand, but I will try to muster everything I can to write an entry or two about my travel and especially what I get to eat there… Please bear with me? MUCHOS GRACIAS!
PS: wait, it’s almost my blog’s birthday, I am like — whaaaat? ♥

There should be more than a couple of posts on this entry about authentic Thai food. And there should be at least 1 on those unique dishes you were talking about over snacks yesterday. Demanding ra? Hehehe
